Your vacation begins immediately upon arriving at the Nantucket Airport or ferry dock. You are greeted by Harborview Place’s driver and transported to our Club via a private, environmentally friendly, hybrid vehicle. After a warm greeting in the Harborview Place captain’s lounge, you are escorted to your residence as the bellman attends to your luggage.

Upon entering your residence, you are, once again, cheered by its charm, sophistication and spectacular location. The fully equipped kitchen has been abundantly provisioned with food and beverages, as requested. The Club concierge made the evening’s dinner arrangements prior to your arrival, so you need only relax and enjoy your unique and privileged environment.

It’s another beautiful, warm, sunny day on Nantucket and the Club’s beach staff has arranged your chaise lounge, towel, side table and umbrella on the Club’s sandy beach, overlooking Nantucket’s historic harbor. You may decide to try one of the Club kayaks or go for a short sail around the harbor in one of the personal sailboats available.

Just a block away from your residence, you will find Main Street and Old South Wharf, with their many restaurants, shops and galleries. A sense of old world charm and sophistication resonates from the quaint village outside your doorstep. Whether you are in the mood for a bike ride around town, a stroll down Main Street, world class fishing or an adventurous eco-tour; Nantucket Island has what you are craving.

Harborview Place has made it a priority to integrate sustainable design practices so that Green Living can find a prominent foothold on the island. As you enter your residence, you are greeted with stunning views of Historic Nantucket Harbor mingled with the sounds of the water merely feet from your doorstep. The sophisticated galley kitchen is masterfully ergonomic with the finest modern amenities, exquisite Nemo tiling, environmentally sound recycled Terrazzo agglomerate slab countertops and all of the amenities and appliances of your home kitchen. The relaxing living area affords plenty of seating for gathering around the fireplace or watching your favorite sporting event in vivid HD on a plasma flat screen with state of the art surround sound. The living area invites you to take in the sounds and smells of the harbor via a large outdoor patio. As you ascend the stately staircase you come upon a perfect reading nook adorned with a chic day bed. Two bedrooms await beyond-both finely appointed and alluring. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and a door to the Juliette balcony overlooking the placid harbor. The guest bedroom is as luxuriant with its own private bathroom and soaking tub. The third floor loft is an inviting spacious niche that can provide resolute solitude or an extra space for guests.
