Completely renovated in 2006, this 5,000 sq. ft. one-level mission-style ranch-house, on an acre of pristine grounds, contains custom furnishing, fixtures, and art which enhance family living to a new level. This early California hacienda includes an intimate sitting room with exposed post and beams ceiling, traditional Spanish pavers, adobe walls, and fireplace. The dining area leads directly into the chef’s kitchen with Viking and Sub Zero appliances. This hacienda also includes a separate media room with plasma television, wine storage, and open office area. The sleeping quarters includes a grand master suite with sitting salon around an intimate fireplace. The master en-suite bath is oversized showcasing colorful artisan tile throughout with a Jacuzzi-sunken tub and step in shower overlooking a private courtyard. The two additional guest suites are also very warm and cozy, each including en-suite baths with step in showers showcased in decorative Spanish tiles and pavers throughout. Additionally each suite has a private courtyard or pool entrance. The casita is truly a residence into itself with an open living and dining area, full kitchen, master king suite with large master bath.

This ranch hacienda includes many fountains around the property, winding walkways, lush gardens, and desert landscaping with 72 palm trees. Practice golf putting skills on the regulation putting green in the front yard or soak in the sun in the 54 ft. oval shaped pool with expansive decking. The oversized back of the property has a very large “L” shaped green belt next to an outdoor kitchen and BBQ covered by a custom-made Palapa. The Mt. San Jacinto views are spectacular from the back yard. Also in the backyard is an above ground hot-tub next to the casita.
