Casa Biancoverde is a contemporary and comfortable villa featuring a shared salt swimming pool heated to 26° (6×14 m, depth 1.20-1.50 m). It is situated near Marsala, in proximity to Lido Signorino beach, providing moments of seaside relaxation. Recently constructed, the villa is spread over two non-communicating floors. Spacious and well-equipped, the house offers a cozy and inviting ambiance. The swimming pool is shared with the owners, who use it occasionally and reside in the other villa on the property. The villa’s location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including the captivating salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, and the Zingaro Reserve. There is an option to book only 6 beds at a reduced price by closing the lower floor.
