Casabella stands as a luxurious villa featuring a splendid private and heated swimming pool (21°) measuring 4×18 m, with a depth of 1.40 m. Nestled in a panoramic position, it offers enchanting views of the surrounding countryside and the sea, located near Noto in the southeast of Sicily. The villa is embraced by a characteristic natural garden and expansive terraces, creating ideal spaces for relaxation and outdoor dining. Recently constructed, the villa comprises a main house and an outbuilding, both spanning two floors. The interiors boast tasteful furnishings and provide modern comforts. Situated in close proximity to the beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo, and Fontane Bianche, as well as the baroque cities of Noto, Siracusa, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa Ibla. The nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile are easily accessible.
